ASHLAND, Va. — An inebriated raccoon’s rampage through a Virginia liquor store was caught on surveillance camera.
The unnamed trash panda became a viral hit after ransacking an Ashland ABC Store last week.
A video has surfaced since, documenting the raccoon’s rampage down an aisle littered with broken bottles, as well as an ill-fated effort to climb a set of shelves.
An officer responded to the scene the following day and discovered the raccoon passed out between a trash bin and a toilet inside the bathroom. It was taken to the Hanover County Animal Protection and Shelter to sleep it off.
The animal has since been released back into the wild.
