If you've ever found yourself walking around the south of the city looking for somewhere to eat, then you've likely been pointed in the direction of Lodge Lane, a melting pot of cultures from all around the world, with some of the most popular restaurants and cafes in the city.

In decades gone by, Lodge Lane was better known for its pubs , but more recently the L8 street has found a new lease of life with a growing number of Middle Eastern eateries and all-new shipping containers that added to the number of food outlets on the street when they opened in 2023.
