HNS Nutra LLC has leased 3,000 square feet at 100 Ryan Street in South Plainfield, bringing the two-building industrial center to 95% occupancy.

The nutraceutical company secured Suites 8 and 11 in the 54,000-square-foot industrial property through Bussel Realty Corp., according to a Nov. 17 announcement .

Steve Jaynes, an industrial specialist at Bussel Realty, and sales associate N. Rebecca Abraham represented HNS Nutra in the transaction.

Steve Bussel, president of Bussel Realty, represented the landlord, Ryan 100 Holdings.

The property features 24-foot ceilings, drive-in loading, ESFR sprinklers, 125 amps of electric power, and surface parking.

HNS Nutra develops and supplies nutraceutical ingredients and private-label supplements to business and consumer markets.
