COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Big Ten has issued a statement regarding Ohio State football’s communication issues during Saturday’s win at Michigan.
“The Conference was notified of the Ohio State coaches’ headset failure during the game by the on-field officiating crew,” the Big Ten said in a statement to cleveland.com. “Coaches’ headsets are an institutionally managed resource.
“Ohio State identified the issue in real time and fixed the problem, which was ultimately determined to be a power supply issue. The Big Ten is not aware of any reoccurring headset or power supply issues at Michigan Stadium.”
