Mifflin County boys basketball opened its season with a stellar run, and the start propelled the Huskies to an 85-42 win over Shikellamy on Wednesday.

MC opened the game jumping out to a 27-4 lead before cruising to the win.

Junior Zach Keller led the way with 20 points in the win, while Lucas Hartung chipped in with 15 points off the bench.

Luke Bender (14), Carson Franklin (12) and Jack Curry (10) all hit double-figures.
