CLEVELAND, Ohio – Korbel California Champagne  has teamed with nationally celebrated baker and entrepreneur Kelsey Elizabeth – who is from Northeast Ohio-- to launch a nationwide promotion. They have created Korbel & Cookies just in time for National Cookie Day, Dec. 4.

“Cookies and champagne might just be the most unexpected power couple of the holidays,” said Kelsey Elizabeth, founder of Kelsey Elizabeth Cakes , who has three bakeries in Northeast Ohio. She and Korbel paired her brown sugar sandwich cookies with Korbel Brut.
