KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Christopher Reed held his girlfriend inside his home taped to a chair before the Knoxville Police Department responded to his home Wednesday, according to court documents obtained by WVLT. Reed is the domestic assault suspect accused of barricading himself inside his home for hours.
Police responded to Reed’s home at 2619 Glenview Drive after learning Reed had locked himself inside. Hours of negotiating led to Reed surrendering himself and being taken into custody, according to the Knoxville Police Department.
