Sinn Féin TD Pearse Doherty and Tánaiste Simon Harris traded blows in the Dáil on Thursday. Mr Doherty took issue with the Tánaiste’s self-description as ‘Sensible Simon’ and accused him of breaking multiple promises. Mr Harris claimed Sinn Féin act differently in Northern Ireland compared to in the Republic when it comes to certain policies such as third-level fees.
