KINGSTON, Ohio — Downtown Kingston will take a step back in time this weekend as part of a unique, immersive Christmas celebration that transforms part of the village into the ancient Streets of Bethlehem .

The free, family-friendly event invites visitors to walk through a full Bethlehem marketplace, interact with costumed townspeople, and witness a live retelling of the Christmas story. No ticket is required, and guests can explore at their own pace.

A Journey Back to the Time of Christ

Upon arrival, visitors will be greeted by Santa, who will direct them to the entrance of Bethlehem. Guests will begin their journey by “signing the census” and “paying their taxes” to the tax collector — with a gold coin provided for the experience.
