CHILLICOTHE — The Chillicothe Police Department handled a series of varied incidents on December 2, according to the department’s daily media log released Wednesday. Calls ranged from found property to dog bites, disorderly conduct, vehicle break-ins, and a reported burglary.
Just before 1 a.m., officers recovered found property in the area of Mosher Drive and 2nd Street. No criminal activity was reported.
At 2:32 a.m., officers responded to a residence on East 4th Street for a mental health–related call. Police said the investigation remains ongoing.
Around 3:38 a.m., officers were called to the 900 block of Columbus Street for an assault complaint. The parties involved were contacted, and the situation was resolved on scene without further action.
