North East residents can access free advice to help cut their energy bills and keep warm this winter. The new North East Warm Homes service is part of a £4m initiative that will provide free, trusted guidance to local residents.

The service has been launched by the region's Mayor Kim McGuinness and funded by the North East Combined Authority. And it will bring together local partners to offer practical solutions - like insulation, heat pumps and solar - making greener choices simple and accessible for every community.
