A Washington state man, who allegedly shares goals with Nihilistic Violent Extremists, has been charged with threatening to kill a minor in Massachusetts, among other charges.

Joseph Pacheco, 23, of Everett, Washington, was charged with five counts of transmitting threatening communications in interstate commerce and one count each of knowingly distributing child pornography to a minor and possession and distribution of animal crushing videos, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office .

Pacheco’s conversations with the victim and his social media accounts indicated he shared goals with Nihilistic Violent Extremists, officials said.
