Alberta Health Services (AHS) is in for another change in leadership with a new interim CEO appointed by the province.
Andre Tremblay, who stepped into the role in January , is currently on a leave of absence, according to an AHS spokesperson, but says they cannot comment further.
Hospitals and Surgical Health Services Minister Matt Jones has appointed Erin O’Neill, senior vice president of finance and shared services, as interim chair and CEO of AHS.
O’Neil has 20 years of experience in emergency management operations and government administration, including five years in the health department, according to the statement.
