The National Weather Service issued a report at 11:31 a.m. on Thursday for snow squalls and showers until 1:45 p.m. for Tompkins, Cortland, Chenango, Otsego, Tioga, Broome and Delaware counties.

"Another round of snow showers with embedded snow squalls is moving through the area early this afternoon and can be heavy at times. The line is oriented west to east over Central NY and is moving southeast into the Twin Tiers region. If traveling, watch out for rapidly changing conditions including slippery roads and low visibility," according to the weather service.
