The legendary Nick Saban joined with an investor group to purchase Perdido Beach Resort in Orange Beach this week.

According to Hotel Business , Perdido Hotel Partners, an affiliate of Aurora Hospitality Partners, along with Terry and Nick Saban, Joe Agresti and a small group of investors, acquired the property, which has been serving families and the area for nearly 40 years.

Perdido Beach Resort has 344 guestrooms, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center and 5,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.

Aurora Hospitality Partners, which will manage the resort, says it will maintain the property’s legacy while refining the guest experience.
