LONG ISLAND — BROOKLYN WOMAN PAULA Gregg-Stanton, 34, was arrested Tuesday night in Oceanside and charged with several offenses related to drunk driving, Nassau County police said. Officers stopped Gregg-Stanton around 10:30 p.m. after allegedly spotting her vehicle swerving. Police said her 7-year-old son was found in the back seat with no seatbelt, according to Greater Long Island News .
Gregg-Stanton was charged with two counts of Aggravated DWI under Leandra’s Law, plus DWI, child endangerment and multiple traffic violations. A family member claimed the child.
