Police dashcam footage captures the moment a dangerous driver attempted a U-turn on the M62 while fleeing officers at speeds of up to 120mph. The incident unfolded at around 8pm on Saturday, November 29, when officers on patrol spotted a black Ford Mondeo being driven erratically by Jimmy McCann on the M6 northbound near junction 19.

Checks revealed the car was displaying cloned number plates. Footage shows the Mondeo swerving across lanes before slowing to 40mph and stopping on the hard shoulder. But as officers approached, McCann suddenly accelerated away, prompting a police chase.
