ORLANDO, Fla. – Over the next few days, Central Florida will transition from sunny and warm to rainy and cold as a messy chain of weather systems arrive this weekend.
FRIDAY
A warmer day is on tap though Friday afternoon as a weakening cold front turns stationary over North Florida. South of that system, southwest winds around 10–15 mph will bring in warmer air, pushing afternoon highs into the low to mid-80s.
Friday night, moisture starts creeping back toward the I-4 corridor. While most models keep showers limited, there’s just enough humidity and light wind to support pockets of patchy fog, especially near and north of I-4.
