A 45-year-old man was identified today as the victim of a shooting at a Fort Wayne gas station.

The Allen County Coroner's Office said in a news release that Scott Reed Armstrong of Fort Wayne died Tuesday of multiple gunshot wounds, and his death is the 34 th ruled a homicide this year in Allen County.

Police were called about 6:20 p.m. to a gas station at 437 E. Washington Blvd., where they found the victim. About four hours later, they arrested Domonique Richard Drew, 34 of Fort Wayne on a preliminary charge of murder.

Video footage captured the shooting, according to court records. It showed Drew’s shoulder brush the victim’s as they walked past each other, Detective Evan Rhoades wrote in a probable cause affidavit.
