GLOBE, AZ (AZFamily) — Nearly three months after deadly and destructive flooding in the Globe-Miami area , there’s an opening celebration on Friday for the businesses that were damaged.
The Globe-Miami Chamber of Commerce is hosting a ribbon-cutting tour starting at 10 a.m. It will be stopping at eight different businesses, including restaurants La Casita Cafe and El Ranchito.
“It’s been great because we shut everything down after the September 26 flooding. We didn’t do anything for October, November.
