Berj Najarian, Bill Belichick’s longtime right-hand man in Foxborough, is parting ways with the program, a source confirmed to MassLive’s Karen Guregian.

Najarian spent 24 years under Belichick with the Patriots, most with the title "director of football/head coach administration." Though often behind the scenes, an ESPN profile from 2011 provided a glimpse into Najarian’s role in Foxborough.
