LAFAYETTE COUNTY, Mo - MoDOT crews will conduct traffic shifts and ramp closures on westbound Interstate 70 in Lafayette County beginning on Monday, December 15th.

The work will run between Lafayette County Route H and M/O. During the work westbound traffic will be moved from the current lanes of travel to the newly constructed pavement in the median of I-70.

This traffic configuration is scheduled to last until spring. It will include narrowed lanes and shoulder work as crews work on reconstructing the current westbound lanes. The ramps at the westbound weigh station will also be closed during this time.

Ramp closures will also take place from 8 am on December 15th to 8 am on December 16th for Route H on-ramp and Routes M/O off-ramp. This work won't impact eastbound traffic. All w
