TRENTON, Mo - Both a recent graduate of North Central Missouri College and a current NCMC students have been elected to the highest leadership positions in the Missouri Nursing Students Association (MONSA).
Asa Palmeri, a 2025 graduate of NCMC's nursing program, has been elected President of MONSA, while current student Trina Ledford will serve as Vice President. Ledford is a native of Lexington who is currently enrolled in NCMC's Associate Degree Nursing program and plans to graduate this May. She works as a private duty LPN caring for children with special healthcare needs.
MONSA is a statewide organization that represents Missouri nursing students. It provides leadership development, education, and advocacy for Missouri nursing students at both the state and national levels.
