ANDOVER TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WOIO) - Deputies on Friday released the name of the Ashtabula County man whose home was burglarized with his body inside.
The Ashtabula County Sheriff’s Office has said foul play is not suspected in Gregory Vale’s death.
Deputies allege burglars, including Thurmond F. Adkins IV, went into the 76-year-old man’s house after he had died.

Adkins is charged with burglary, trespass, theft, unauthorized use of a vehicle and criminal mischief.
Deputies are still looking to identify the remaining suspects.
The sheriff’s office said the case broke on Sunday after deputies got a report of a Pine Street home with a body inside in Andover Township.
