CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The search is ongoing for a driver Cleveland police say struck a 86-year-old man and later left the scene.

Officers say back on Nov. 24, an 86-year-old was walking in the area of East 131st Street and Miles Avenue in the Union-Miles neighborhood.

But he was soon struck by this pickup truck, according to police.

Officers say the driver first stayed on scene. However, they allegedly gave false information and left.

Now, police are turning to the community for help tracking down the truck owner.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Cleveland police.
