LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A special judge has been assigned to Brock Ruckriegel’s newest DUI case.
Ruckriegel, 22, faces new charges from two arrests in November.
The first case stemmed from an incident on November 2 in Miami, Florida, where Ruckriegel was charged with driving on a suspended license and leaving his car behind at an accident where another driver was hurt.
His new charges out of Jefferson County come from an arrest on November 25. An LMPD officer said they found Ruckriegel passed out in a Lamborghini with bloodshot eyes and smelling like alcohol.
Ruckriegel said he had not been drinking, but officers said they found an open container of alcohol in the car.
He was on probation stemming from his fifth DUI case in 2024. That case ended in September with a suspended five
