A man was stabbed by a drug dealer and suffered a collapsed lung and a wound to his head following an argument about an underweight deal. The teen was not sent to prison, and was made subject to a supervision order.

Tomas Hangurbadzo, 18, was found unfit to stand trial or enter a plea, but was found by a jury to have attacked Michael Lee outside a Greggs in Newport on February 28. Mr Lee suffered stab wounds as well as a collapsed lung and blood in his left chest cavity.
