CHICAGO (WLS) -- Tenants of a South Shore apartment building say they need more time and help with finding a new place to live.

Monday, tenants plan to ask a judge for two months to find housing along with a court ordered relocation plan.

Their building at 75th and South Shore was the scene of an infamous immigration raid during Operation Midway Blitz It's now in foreclosure.

Tenants said they found out about an eviction notice the day before Thanksgiving.

They have until Friday to move out.
