A man who fell to his death after intentionally jumping from a hot air balloon mid-flight "waved" at a camera in the basket before plummeting to the ground below, an inquest has heard .

Jesus Lato Garzon, 33, had embarked on the Virgin Balloons Flight ride on September 19 from Billingshurst to Dunsfold, Surrey. Mr Garzon, from Watford, was among 16 passengers and a pilot on-board the hot air balloon, who all witnessed the moment he fell.
