As a result of an investigation, officers charged Jeffery Smith, 36, with dangerous driving and stunt driving (driving at excessive speeds.)
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on Feb. 18 in Sudbury.
Police issued Smith a 30-day driver’s licence suspension and impounded his vehicle for 14 days.
