Parts of the UK are braced for high winds and heavy rain in the lead-up to Christmas .
It comes as forecasters have named Storm Bram ahead of the severe weather.
Yellow weather warnings have been issued for both wind and rain with parts of the UK forecast to be slammed with 85mph winds in the coming days.

Forecasters at the Met Office told Brits to be aware of the risk of floods and high winds.
And in some areas as much as 80-90mm of rain is expected to fall in the warning period while other places may see 100mm, Mirror reports.
