A couple have been charged over their alleged treatment of their three children after they apparently locked them in their rooms and left them to vomit from severe hunger

A couple have been accused of locking their three children up and starving them - as the house of horrors was finally uncovered. It has been reported that the kids were so hungry they were "forced to break locks on cabinets" to eat, and suffered physical abuse and "vomiting from severe hunger" according to police.

Mum Amberly Britton allegedly "blamed" her three children for the abuse, and "showed no remorse" for the apparent neglect when questioned over her actions.
