SPRINGFIELD ― The Hampden District Attorney’s Office has identified the victims of a November double homicide-suicide as Khamkieo Chingvacha, 67, of Springfield, and Sachivanh Phomphanh, 47, of West Hartford, Connecticut.

District Attorney Anthony D. Gulluni expressed his sympathies to the victims’ families Monday.

Gulluni said a third person, Kung Kedjumnong, 43, also of West Hartford, is believed to have stabbed both victims before killing himself.

Chingvacha and Phomphanh were found Nov. 25 inside a home on the 1400 block of State Street after police responded to a stabbing report around 9:50 a.m., Gulluni said.

When officers entered the apartment, they found the two men and the woman dead.

The investigation is ongoing and being led by the Springfield Police Department’s Homicide
