ASHLAND, Ohio — Six men were arrested in Ashland County after allegedly attempting to buy sex during a one-day undercover operation conducted by the H.E.A.L. Human Trafficking Task Force, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost and Ashland County Sheriff Kurt Schneider announced Monday.
The operation, carried out Dec. 5 in the Ashland area, targeted individuals seeking to purchase sex and aimed to identify potential victims of human trafficking. The task force received assistance from the Ashland City Police Department and Safe Haven of Ashland.
