NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. — A South Carolina organ support group held its second annual Honoring Donors/Donor Families & Celebration of New Life event for organ donation and transplantation, which has saved countless lives.

The event was filled with organ donors, transplant recipients, caregivers and more, all uniting as one.

TransplantTalk SC provides human and financial support services to pre-transplant and organ recipient patients in South Carolina.

Donors and transplant recipients shared their stories and testimonies, touching on the hardships of having a family member go through organ donation but explaining how amazing it was to have their lives help save others.
