SOMERSET, Pa. – Somerset County’s former 911 coordinator admitted in court Monday to raping and sexually assaulting five children over a two-year span.

Bradley Lavan, 32, appeared for the fifth day of his child sexual abuse trial and instead pleaded guilty to all 39 counts against him before a Somerset County judge. ×
