MACON, Ga. — Artice Rozier and her son were sitting in their living room on Nov. 21 when an SUV drove off New Clinton Road and into her home.
"It's just horrible," Rozier said.
She was treated at a hospital following the crash, and says now her family feels unsafe in their own home.
"Every time we hear cars we get nervous," Rozier said. "We try to stay on the back side of the house. Nobody comes in the front of the house no more."
But Rozier says the accident is just one of the many wrecks on New Clinton Road. She says speeding has been an issue since she moved in back in 2019, and she even spoke to 13WMAZ multiple times over the past six years about her concerns.
