COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - The Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region (HSPPR) wants every animal in its shelter to get the best Christmas present of all: a home!
And thanks to a Colorado Springs business, every time an animal finds its fur-ever family, the animals remaining in the humane society will benefit too!
“Cindy and Mike of Status Symbol Auto Body will donate $25 to HSPPR’s life-saving programs per lost cat or dog reunited with their family or pet adopted into a new family throughout December,” HSPPR said in a news release announcing its “Home for the Holidays” program. “Not only do you get a new furry family member ... but your adoption also contributes to HSPPR’s many life-saving programs that benefit the homeless pets still waiting to find their new families.”
