POTSDAM, New York (WWNY) - A Potsdam man was arrested twice on the same day for allegedly yelling racist slurs at his neighbor.
Village police charged 34-year-old Rain Stone with second-degree harassment on Monday.
About 4 hours later, they arrested him again on a count of fourth-degree stalking.
According to court documents, Stone allegedly ran up to his neighbor’s window and screamed the N-word on the evening of November 25.
During the overnight hours of November 26, Stone allegedly yelled, “Wake up n***r,” outside his neighbor’s bedroom window during the overnight hours of November 26.
Police responded to the scene. After they left, Stone was accused of honking the horn of a vehicle and repeatedly shouting the N-word.
