FOLLY BEACH, S.C. (WCSC) — A Circuit Court judge approved the final hearing of the DUI crash that killed a newlywed bride and injured three others.

The newlywed bride, Samantha Miller, was riding away from her reception when a drunk driver, Jamie Komoroski, slammed into the couple’s golf cart , which killed her and injured her husband, Aric Hutchinson and two relatives on April 28, 2023.

Hutchinson sued Komoroski and several Folly Beach bars, including Crab Shack, the Drop-In Bar and Deli and Snapper Jacks.
