MADISON, Wis. -- A man suffered a minor grazing gunshot wound on Madison's east side on Tuesday night.

Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Cottage Grove Road, near Dempsey Road where an unoccupied vehicle was found with a casing inside. As officers were investigating, a man was found with a minor grazing gunshot wound. He was evaluated by medics and did not further treatment at the hospital.
