The sunshine is back after the winter storm, but it is far from pleasant outside. Winds remain strong from the north, creating frigid windchills as temperatures drop to the low teens by the afternoon. The clouds make a return for Thursday, and the wind settles down as well. Chances of snow make a return for Friday once again. Over the weekend, temperatures get bitterly cold with single-digit highs above zero, then overnight in the teens below.
