DEDHAM, Mass. —
Testimony continues Wednesday in the murder trial of Brian Walshe, the Massachusetts man accused of killing and dismembering his wife.
The Cohasset man is accused of killing and dismembering Ana Walshe, 39, around New Year's Day in 2023. Prosecutors allege that Brian Walshe disposed of his wife's remains in dumpsters around the area.
Gem Mutlu, one of the last people to see Ana Walshe alive, is expected to testify about his account of what happened on New Year's Eve and the days that followed.
A series of witnesses on Tuesday were called for brief testimonies about their work in support of the DNA analyses performed on evidence collected during the investigation. The prosecution and defense also stipulated that investigators had secured DNA samples from both Brian Wals
