A former reality TV star has been released from prison way ahead of schedule.

According to ABC News , “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star Jen Shah was released from Federal Prison Camp Bryan in Texas and transferred to community confinement (house arrest or halfway house) on Wednesday.

Shah was sentenced to six and a half years in prison in connection with a telemarketing fraud case. She pleaded guilty to wire fraud in 2022.

The allegations involved a scam targeting elderly people and other individuals with services falsely marketed as business development tools, such as “website building and coaching.”

Her previous early release date was set for Aug. 30, 2026, ABC News reported.
