CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Division of Fire, along with Crime Stoppers of Cuyahoga County, is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of those responsible for a June house fire that claimed the lives of two men.
Just before 4:30 a.m. on June 15, fire crews responded to a home on 3411 East 121st Street in Cleveland's Mount Pleasant neighborhood.
A 60-year-old man was found dead by fire crews in an upstairs bedroom. A 45-year-old man, who jumped from a second-story window to escape the house fire, was transported to a hospital in critical condition with burn injuries. He later was pronounced dead.
A firefighter also sustained a back injury while removing the victim from the home.
