Vladimir Putin’s notorious Doomsday Radio choked out a series of bizarre phrases, including "cat warrior", today after unexpectely coming to life just as tensions rise over a prospective Ukraine peace deal.
The bizarre radio station - a Cold War relic - has been on air for half a century and usually transmits just buzzing sounds, leading to its nickname The Buzzer. But occasionally, it emits bursts of seemingly nonsensical coded messages that typically come during moments of international strain.
