A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Wednesday at 3:14 p.m. for snow until 6 p.m. for Orange County.

"Light to moderate snow has developed across parts of Western Passaic NJ and Orange County NY. The snow will reduce visibilities down to less than a mile and some spots may have temperatures down to freezing or slightly below freezing. Some locally slippery conditions will be possible on untreated surfaces. Motorists should be aware of these conditions and exercise extra caution. Drive more slowly and allow for more spacing between vehicles," comments the weather service.
