The brothers of a five-year-old boy who died after after he was sent home from A&E have been asking heartbreaking questions about the young boy which has left the family with a "lifetime of trauma".
Yusuf Mahmud Nazir, who suffered from asthma, was taken to Rotheram Hospital's urgent and emergency care centre on November 15, 2022, where he was discharged with a diagnosis of severe tonsillitis. But eight days later, he died at Sheffield Children's Hospital.
