Chris Kamara shared an emotional health update after his apraxia diagnosis.

Chris Kamara has shared a health update on his apraxia, choking back tears during a rare TV appearance.

The broadcaster revealed in 2022 that he had developed the neurological condition , which can leave people struggling with certain motor movements and, like in Chris’ case, can affect speech.

He has since been raising awareness and bringing attention towards the condition and how it can affect others.

During an appearance on Loose Women yesterday (Wednesday 10 October), Chris shared that his speech has improved in recent months, ahead of his tour with Ben Shephard .
