WEST VIRGINIA (LOOTPRESS) – The National Weather Service has issued multiple Winter Weather Advisories for West Virginia, Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio, warning residents to prepare for hazardous travel conditions beginning late Thursday evening and continuing into Friday.

A developing storm system moving from the central United States into the Ohio Valley is expected to bring accumulating snow overnight, with the heaviest totals west of the Interstate 81 corridor.
